- We believe that just as our Sales, Production and Budgeting programs are important, the development of our Human Resources is also very essential. Training is provided by renowned organizations at factory premises and is divided into several areas including Quality & Productivity, Health & Safety, Environment, Social compliance and General Skills Development.
- The core objective of Training & Development Program is to produce Skilled and Educated workforce for the local industry.

- Every year 2 workers from lower cadre who can not afford the Hajj Expenses will perform Hajj on company expenses.
